Constant RESEND_API_KEY

Name of the Worker secret holding the Resend API key, used when MAIL_ADAPTER = "resend".

Set it with ocre secrets push RESEND_API_KEY --file .prod.vars (and in .dev.vars to send for real from ocre dev). Missing or blank is an Error::Internal when sending.
