Name of the queue producer binding every Ocre app sends jobs to.

ocre g job adds JOBS: bindings.queue({ name: "<app>-jobs" }) (and the consumer trigger) to cloudflare.config.ts; without it, enqueueing is an Error::Internal naming that entry.
